Endlessly frustrating experience. I live in northern CA and am having my wedding in southern CA, where much of my family lives. In my original order, I listed my sister in LA as the shipping address and my address as the billing address. After over a week, I was unceremoniously notified that my order had been canceled because the shipping and billing addresses did not match. Two ways to make this a non issue in the future: (1) make such a policy readily known on the website, (2) do not allow orders to go through with different shipping and billing address. Better yet, do away with this ill-conceived policy.

I called to follow-up and was told that I would need to re-order AND pay for expedited shipping ($100+) if I wanted my original order to get there on time. I was assured that it would be okay for me to use my same card because I was pre-confirming my identity on the phone. Today, my order was canceled again.

I hope CV Linens can remedy this failure on their end. I cannot recommend them, but if there are no other possible places to buy event supplies, you should buy anything from CV Linens several months in advance - so that you have ample time to order and reorder and perhaps still never receive your goods.

We found out our wedding venue did not provide linens, so we needed to find some and FAST. I found CV Linens and I am SO glad I did! We ordered ivory linens and plum organza squares for the reception tables. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect for the price I paid (it wasn't much). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products I received, the speed at which they arrived, and the customer service we received. When one of the sizes had a slightly different shade of ivory, they contacted me immediately to make sure the color variation was okay.

I can't say enough about this company. If you need linens, this is the place to go!

Amazing!!! Great quality and i got my shipment in one day via fed ex, such a relief to be able to order online and be happy with the outcome. The color was exactly what the picture showed.

I'm still using them as my main goto for all of my linen needs for events. They are the best!

I gave them 5 stars for the following reasons:

I never had the need to return anything.
The quality is really excellent for the money paid.
They have helpful customer service.
They ship out soon after the order is placed. That's important to me because I'm a children's entertainer, DJ and event decorator.
I'm a repeat customer. I've been building up my linen inventory when a new customer requests to rent colours I don't currently have.

to see what the linens look like with balloon decor. That will give you an idea of how nice the linens are.

My order was processed and shipped within a reasonable time. They promised me my order within ten days of placing it and I received it in less than five. The customer service was prompt and courteous. The fabric I ordered was of a very good quality especially for the price. I would highly recommend this company.

If you are doing a DIY wedding, CV Linens is great place to start. Decent product for the money, reliable and fast shipping!

I ordered linens for my daughter's wedding for less than I could have rented them. Shipping was fast and the linens were beautiful. Plus I was able to sell them after the wedding!

I had a bad experience with a competitor of CV Linens. I order table cloths, etc. for a party on 04/02/2016 over a week ago. When it became obvious that the competitor was going to leave me high and dry, I placed the order with CV Linens. I placed the order yesterday afternoon. I immediately received an email confirming receipt of the order. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me that my order had already shipped. Today, when I got home from work, my order was waiting for me on my porch. I will always start with CVLinens in the future!
